In order to achieve noticeable results of weight loss, muscle building, or gaining strength, you must create the time to exercise whether you can squeeze the workout into one or several sessions.

Including effective exercises is a key to getting results fast, and you can do that at home even with minimal tools and space. Even though these exercises require some degree of strength on your part, and in situations where you can’t perform the exercises, then most of the times you can modify them in the following ways.

4. Take her out – Women do not like staying home too long even if they are a stay home mom. Make sure that have a good time and make sure they have a good time as well. If you are the main bread winner in your family make sure that everyone gets a share and goes out.

5. Be there best friend – Now I know you probably still thinking about this one but developing a strong connection is a good thing. However some women talk about all their personal feeling to there friends and sometimes you may not know when they are unhappy. You have to be there friend and ask them how they feel and what they would like to do.

6. Always show a good attitude – Women like men with good attitudes however the more she gets use to you the more you feel like acting like yourself completely. It may be hard for men to always be happy but showing a positive attitude towards any situation is good.

7. Make Her Feel Good – Do some random acts of kindness toward her. Example: Whether its rubbing her back or her feet.

8. Always help her out – If she is doing a lot of cleaning and work in the house, help her out.

9. Always Be Cool With Her Parents – If you do not know them or have a bad reputation with her family then you are in deep trouble. This will affect your relationship in the long run so make sure you are best friends with them.
